Cancellation/No Show
Please note appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled service price. Appointments no showed will incur a 100% fee of scheduled service price. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or less may have to have parts of their service omitted, but your scheduled service price will be charged. Late arrivals over 10 minutes will be marked as a no-show and a 100% no-show fee will be charged. CALL or TEXT to cancel or reschedule, emails are not accepted.
Running Late
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will be marked as a no-show and charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you arrive with the 10 minute grace period, parts of the service may have be omitted due to timing but 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
Child Safety
At Madelyn Haney Esthetics, we take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have a strict no children under 13 years policy. We believe this policy is necessary to maintain the peaceful and calming atmosphere our guests have come to expect.
